Established in 1978 by Jack Caesar, John Russell, and Dean Winkler, CRW quickly made a name for itself by combining their skills in real estate, construction, and business management. Their hard work and craftsmanship delivered results early on when the second home CRW built won “Home of the Year” at the 1979 TABA Parade of Homes.
Through the years, CRW expanded from creating custom homes to taking on larger residential and commercial remodeling projects, as well as building new commercial and industrial structures. The company has proudly shaped many structures in Bell County and has been trusted to restore historical buildings in downtown areas of Belton and Temple. The CRW team has always prioritized giving back to the community, involving themselves in various faith-based and service-oriented organizations, ensuring that their impact is felt beyond the structures they build.
Transitioning to the Future
In 2022, CRW Construction ushered in new leadership with Joshua Shokraeifard and John Goode. This transition brings together the strong values and legacy of the founders with the experience and innovation brought by Joshua and John. Both leaders bring extensive history of delivering quality projects for clients in Central Texas and throughout the United States. Including within various markets of healthcare, office, retail, industrial, and residential.
